Now in both Auckland and Wellington, we bring together a considered collection of fine wines, spirits, sake and craft beer in a space designed for discovery. Alongside our retail offering, you’ll find a wine bar, café and private tasting room, each part of a wider experience that is relaxed, thoughtful and grounded in genuine hospitality.

At the heart of Normanby is our team. Led by Director of Wine Liz Wheadon, whose depth of knowledge and longstanding relationships shape our offering, the team includes Bordeaux specialists Anthony Sorensen and Zane Winskill, alongside our Head Sommelier Andrea Martinisi. Together, they bring experience, perspective and a shared approach that makes exploring wine feel both approachable and rewarding.

In Wellington, the team is joined by Tom Mapplebeck and Philip Rowe. Across both cities, there is a strong foundation of Bordeaux knowledge, built through years of experience and close connections with the châteaux. Guided by Liz, the team offers a level of insight and access that reflects both passion and genuine understanding of the region.
