Domaine Gérard Fiou is a small, focused estate in the heart of Sancerre, where chalk, flint, and patience shape Sauvignon Blanc of quiet intensity and crystalline detail. The estate spans just over 10 hectares, with many vines exceeding 50 years of age. Planted almost exclusively to Sauvignon Blanc, the vineyards are farmed sustainably and harvested by hand, with careful attention paid to canopy management and natural balance. The domaine’s commitment to low yields and meticulous vineyard work results in fruit with exceptional concentration and aromatic purity.

In the cellar, the approach is simple and respectful of the fruit. Fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel, preserving freshness and aromatic lift.
