The 2025 Hosanna is showing excellent potential, wafting from the glass with notes of wild blueberries and blackberries mingled with hints of licorice and spices. Medium- to full-bodied, deep and polished, with a cool core of fruit, ripe tannins and excellent balance and integration, it's a blend of 74% Merlot and 26% Cabernet Franc.

The 2025 Hosanna was picked from September 1 to 19 and matured in 50% new oak barrels. Now this is a level up over the preceding Latour à Pomerol, with more energy locked into the nose, bright blackberry and raspberry fruit, hints of tobacco and light crushed stone scents. The palate is medium-bodied with ripe, quite succulent tannins, fine acidity, juicy and caressing towards the satisfying finish. One of the more elegant Hosanna wines in recent years. Gorgeous aromas of blackberries, black olives, coffee beans and dark chocolate follow through to a medium to full body with creamy and open-grained tannins. Juicy and savory with a flavorful finish. Balanced and vivid. Excellent potential. A blend of 74% merlot and 26% cabernet franc.

The 2025 Hosanna is a wild, exotic beauty. Crème de cassis, cloves, licorice, chocolate and espresso soar out of the glass, conveying tons of sheer richness and power. As is often the case, Hosanna is quite the extrovert. There is certainly no shortage of intensity here. Plush contours wrap around the flamboyant close. 2035 - 2075
