The 2024 Sigalas Rabaud is a very pretty, delicate Sauternes. Lifted floral notes and citrus-tinged fruit are the signatures in an airy, nuanced Sauternes that hovers across the palate. Despite its understated personality, Sigalas Rabaud offers plenty of persistence along with the balance to wrap it all together in style.
Pretty bright and tight aromatics, beautiful quality, a little overly sweet, this feels like the sugar is more constrained than others, more bright crystallised sugar, although still good quality. 10 hl/ha.
